The Best Diaper Rash Solution for Your Babies

Having three kids who are blessed with skin sensitivities, sometimes finding baby products that work without breaking them out was a struggle.

Reading ingredient lists, finding perfume-free labels and even being on the lookout for certain dyes was a regular thing. Therefore, when I was contacted to try out Boudreaux’s Butt Paste on my youngest, I was excited but skeptical.

I mean, sure. Boudreaux’s Butt Paste was free of dyes and many common chemical products found in other effective pastes, but would their formula work for my babies? Would this complementary kit really be as amazing as the reviews for the product?

We set out to see.

Recommended by Pediatricians

So my first big win with the Boudreaux’s Rash Kicking kit was that the product itself is actually recommended by pediatricians.

You know, those people who get paid the big bucks to know everything about my kid? Yeah, they are on board with this stuff. That made it worth the try in my opinion. (Well, that and the fact that it was free of all the nastiness that causes my kid’s skin to break out in the first place.)

Ease of Use

Okay, so a bit of real mom talk, but some butt pastes you buy are super messy and can be a royal pain in the butt. (Ha! See, what I did there? Take that dad jokes!)

Boudreaux’s Butt Paste however was creamy rather than runny or gooey and applied thick and relatively mess-free. Plus, the kit comes with a BPA-free Butt Brush for mess-free application! (More on that later.)

Starts Working Immediately

One of my favorite qualities of Boudreaux’s Butt Paste?

It starts soothing immediately on contact!

Obviously, whether you are a new or experienced parent, the last thing you want to see is your baby in pain. Therefore, noticing baby’s discomfort start to disappear immediately upon use was magical!

Definitely not something you see with all diaper rash creams.

Crazy Mom Talk

Okay, so when I started blogging, diaper rash cream reviews were not something I saw myself doing. However, I am here to (hopefully) be helpful to my other mama’s going crazy out there, and diaper rash is not needed to accelerate our drive to crazy town.

Thus, I will say it again. THIS STUFF REALLY WORKS.

Now to the fun part. The only kinda wacky bit I had going with this product was this innovative Butt Brush.

Don’t get me wrong, I really like not having butt-paste all over my fingers at the end of a diaper change. I am just still trying to get over the fact that this feels like buttering my baby’s butt the same way you would toast.

Not a bad thing, just….odd.

On another note though (and a much more exciting one) the Boudreaux’s Rash Kicking Kit is available on Amazon! (You can pick yours up here) Therefore, all of you other Prime mamas can totally order it here to give it a try for yourself. (Now you don’t have to leave your house for butt paste either!)

This was probably more exciting for me than it should have been, because I recently started ordering diapers and wipes from Amazon as well, and now I am totally getting the full package delivered. (In case you were wondering, Amazon-brand diapers/wipes, are totally worth trying.)

What qualities do you look for in your baby’s products? Have you tried Boudreaux’s products, or look forward to checking them out? Let me know!
